Returns and refunds
Every item is printed after you buy it, so here is exactly what we can do when something goes wrong.
Change of mind
Products are printed after purchase, so returns and exchanges are not supported for a change of mind.
Damage or defect
For damage or a defect, contact letspartyallnighthelp@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue. Qualifying problems get a replacement print or a refund.
Incorrect address
If an incorrect address results in a return to sender or a lost shipment, the refund is limited to the item price.
